10 super easy all-natural beauty tricks

The pharmacy companies invest millions in the advertisement trying to convince us that the beauty costs money. The beauty industry is a nearly $300 billion empire. An average woman spends a lot on makeup, skincare products, etc. That, of course, says nothing of the toxic chemicals so commonly found (with almost zero regulation) in beauty products. The ads keep telling that modern women needs to spend lots of time, lots of money to be beautiful and nothing on the risk for our health. What I want to share with you today is – there are so many simple ways to uncover your beauty without spending great sums. I compiled my 10 favorite recipes to feel and look more beautiful. They a very simple yet very effective.

1. Banana + egg will treat your hair
One of the oldest recipes on how to make your hair shiny – simply mix one egg and a mashed up banana. This thick pasta should be applied to your hair and left to use it for 10 – 30 minutes. Wash your hair as in a usual way, might skip the conditioner though. Enjoy the result!
2. Moisturize your nails with oil
No need to buy creams and oils in the bottles. All you need for beautiful hands is an olive oil. Simply soak your nails in olive oil for five minutes. The result will be instant. You gonna love how your hands look.
3. Make a honey facial mask
Raw honey is a wonderful remedy for different illnesses, but also a naturally anti-bacterial and a super quick way to get soft, beautiful skin. Make a honey mask once a week: take a tablespoon of raw honey and gently warm it by rubbing your fingertips together. Spread on your face and leave on for 5 – 10 minutes. Rinse your face gently with warm water and pat dry. Your skin will feel and look awesome.
4. A shampoo with apple vinegar.
The majority of women experience certain build ups in the hair when using commercial shampoos. The solution is simple and one-time. Create sort of a clarifying shampoo by mixing ¼ cup organic apple cider vinegar with 1 cup water. Wash your hair with it and apply your usual conditioner.
5. Brighten elbow and knee with citruses.
Take a lemon or an orange, cut it in half and start rubbing it on your elbows and knees. This helps soften those rough patches and smells really good. Simply rinse the sticky mess with water when you are done.
6. Gentle salt body scrub
Want to get rid of dead skin sells and create a softer, glowing skin? Make a natural scrub: just mix a 2 to 1 ratio of olive oil and sea salt. This scrub is a lot cheaper that the one in the shop but has the exact same effect.
7. Natural coconut conditioner.
One of my favorite beauty tips involves coconut oil. It is helpful not only for the skin, but for the soft, hydrated hair. Use melted coconut oil as a deep conditioning hair and scalp treatment. Massage coconut oil into your scalp and then work it through your hair. Leave it on for a couple of hours and then wash it out using shampoo. It might seem a challenge to get it out of your hair completely, so be very attentive.
8. Coconut shaving cream
One more use of a wonderful coconut oil. Just put a little on your legs instead of your shaving cream.
9. Honey + lemon remove black heads
Black heads are the worst, agree? Grab a simple recipe on how to get rid of them (better do it before bed). Put 4-5 drops of raw honey on an open lemon wedge. Rub the lemon on your face for a minute, emphasizing any trouble areas. Leave the mixture on for 5 minutes and rinse with cold water.
10. Try dry brushing
Dry brushing is a simple detoxification process for your body. It stimulates a number of organs through a gently massage. It also helps the lymphatic system, eliminates dead skin coatings, strengthens the immune system, can eliminate cellulite, stimulates the hormones, and can help tighten skin through better circulation. Cheap and easy, just the way I love it!
Stay beautiful in every unique way!
